Review of Golden Crispy Bean Curd Cubes with Walnut at Modern China Restaurant by moosewong
This is definitely a dish to share...it doesn't look like too much but it gets pretty heavy! The tofu is hot and slightly spicy and quite delicious, but the deep fried skin feels like a lot after a while. The walnuts are glazed with syrup and they're really nice but strong as well. #veganisnotscary
