Review of Tofu Don at Saisho Ramen by filmart

Tofu cooked with teriaki sauce and onion, black mushrooms, broccolli, mung beans, pickeld Korean raddish all on top of Thai white Rice.
I came to this restaurant to try the Ramen (asked before if they had vegan options for the Ramen) just to find out this one was the only Vegan dish... Being not the greatest fan of Rice dishes, it didn't make my day... To much teriaki which gives the food a very strong sweet flavour (too much for me). Not one of the best dishes i've tasted lately... The mix of tastes and textures just don't come along. But it's very well served. I couldn't finish the whole bowl.
