Delicious! I needed to broil for a bit to get crispy but they ended up quite satisfying - crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. This reminds me of the double-frozen tofu fried chicken; pretty sure it’s either that or a similar method. Was expecting larger pieces but they are essentially varying sizes between a nugget or tender. #veganisnotscary
