Seasoned tofu, tempeh bacon, gouda (I think) cheeze, tomato, spinach, red pepper aioli on a toasted ciabatta sub. Tofu is synonymous with egg now in vegan terms?
Bread was soft and toasted at the same time. This sandwich was scrumptious. The flavors and textures went really well together. Dc vegetarian is kind of a hole in the wall place, all vegan and has some good value on the menu. Nonplastic packaging. #veganisnotscary

Tofu is so versatile, it can be synonymous with EVERYTHING, and always cruelty-free. 💚
Ok sorry, didn't know we were on our soapboxes for things we ourselves posted...my bad. Tofu Very Very terrible, do not consume unless from bespoke outlets.
