Review of Basil & Chilli Stir-fry at Simply Asia - Benmore Gardens by divineswine

This dish was literally to die for!!! I opted for medium heat. The flavours were incredible! I wish I knew how to make it at home. It was so simple, with very little ingredients but so much flavour. Sweet, salty, spicy, sour, you name it, the flavour was there in the perfect balance. I had the one with tofu as an extra. Other than the tofu it had green beans, basil, chilli and green peppers. The rice was nice and sticky and flavourful. Just the way I like it. The portion was t big but certainly enough to make me feel satisfied. The value for money was really excellent. I would literally eat this as my main meal every day if I could. Highly recommend! You have to try it!
