We decided to take a 36 hour train adventure from Seattle to LA!😅 We were relieved to see several vegan options on the amtrak, including vegan burgers, hummus and pretzels, and this delicious vegan tamale! Very helpful for such a journey! I recommend the train ride: beautiful!!
