Sooo decadent 🤤 The matcha blondie was studded with some red beans and was more cakey than fudgy. More on the bitter matcha side than on the sweet side too which worked really well with the creamy oatmilk gelato. No joke this has got to be the creamiest vegan ice cream that I’ve ever had 😍 and it really does taste like milk without being crazily overloaded with sugar *ehem Oatly*
