This is definitely not cheese as I know it. The texture is like a dry plastic and the taste is probably not far off from a piece of plastic either. I’m not a fan but I put it in my lunch roll yesterday and together with everything else it was passable. I’m going to try making a toastie with it and see how it holds up. It’s the first “cheese” I have tried -the price was reasonable but I don’t think I would buy it again
