Deliciously Dairy-free Medium Cheddar Flavour Block

This is a go-to cheese for me, but only in the block, it's not very good pre shredded. It melts well enough for grill cheese, and I love adding it to mac n' cheese for extra cheesiness. It worked well on these chili cheese dogs after a couple minutes under the broiler. 👍
