There’s a special place in my heart for cinnamon rolls and this filled it right up! The dough hits that sweet spot between airy and chewy and contains a bit of tumeric for an antioxidant boost. The frosting was decadent but not in an overly sweet cloying way. It was pretty messy to eat just by virtue of it being a big sticky bun, but it’s a mess I’m more than happy to make 😜
