Yet more #coriander, but I think I've bitched enough for a day. This one was also, thankfully, easier to sanitise 😛 Took a while to decipher how they were marking vegan-friendly versus the rest of the merely vegetarian options on the menu, but really you do get spoiled for choice here, because not only are most of the options vegan to start with, the staff are also sufficiently educated about veganisation and are happy to point out eligible options for you outside of peak hours 🙌♥️

This #aubergine #curry caught me slightly off-guard; I'd been expecting strips of it rather than this almost puree-like texture. #spicy and delicious though, I'm certainly not complaining! 😋😌
