Review of Seitan Veggie Beef - Commensal by daniellehart

I used to make my own seitan but I could never get the texture quite right. Since I've discovered this seitan though, I don't bother anymore. Great texture and "beefy" taste. I use it in stirfrys or with the frozen One Pot Tuscan Pasta. Delicious and nutritious!
