My friend Pat organised the first vegan meetup dinner in Aberdeen since Covid and to celebrate George's 80th (now 81st) birthday.
Was totally blown away by the food served at this place! Not at all what I expected and a great surprise to see the chef go above and beyond! He must have had lots of fun creating these dishes!
My main was deep fried sushi! I was very intrigued when I saw the menu so this would always have been my first choice.
Served with tempura mushrooms and deep fried pak choi. The sushi itself were grains with chickpeas and I think small chopped veg, wrapped in seaweed and battered and deepfried. Had a good kick of spice to it and was very tasty!
