Review of Lights Camera Splashes waterproof mascara - Tarte Cosmetics by ina-n

Hurray! A waterproof mascara that makes my lashes look amazing, stays soft and dries fast and is cruelty free! I've tried so many different brands and this one is a winner. Takes two coats, but then it stays on and doesn't smudge. Definitely 5 ⭐️.
