One of my birthday cakes from my friends!
As a huge chocolate fan, I loved the chocolate fudge between the cakes. This particular one was citrus flavoured and I liked it better than the original. However, the cake itself was not extremely moist which is often an issue with eggless cakes (I’d say so far only Delcie’s have managed to capture the moistness in the cakes to a satisfactory level)
