This is a hot drink mix, but I use it as an addition to my smoothies. I'm not sure about the science behind adaptogenic mushrooms but I figure they can't hurt. I need all the brain boosting I can get... It tastes pretty good too. #veganisnotscary #adaptogen #mushrooms
