Oh wow that looks awesome! I’ve never seen vegan katsu available anywhere! 

Same!  And this one is so good, you have to get it if you’re in Honolulu!

Peace Cafe

This is the only place I know of to get vegan katsu, and it doesn’t disappoint! SOO crispy on the outside, with tempeh on the inside, and a delicious homemade katsu sauce.  Love the healthy rice mix and veggies that come with.  Highly recommend this dish!!
