Chickpea harissa stew on the bottom, with local farm-fresh carrots cooked and seasoned to perfection layered on top and garnished with cilantro, mint, and pistachio crumbles. Must ask to make vegan because it normally comes with Greek yogurt! Love how easily everything can be made vegan here. #veganisnotscary
