Crispy Fried Rice- No Egg

Unique crispy rice pancake sort of thing that was seasoned perfectly and garnished with a tahini sauce and avocado and green onions and kimchi! Must ask for no egg on top to make it vegan. I know this dish would please even the pickiest of eaters. #veganisnotscary
