
I was in a rush today so i grabbed this kashi bowl from the freezer and threw it in the microwave for 4mins.
It makes a nice light meal. I’m not a huge fan of black beans but I’d recommend this if you are! It has a good amount of fiber and protein for a decent sized bowl.
(those lil noodles are not included)
also used leftovers in a tofu scramble :)
