So these little crackers are sweet and delicious and healthy. Oven baked, made locally in the Cape in Barrydale. Very crunchy and light. Ingredients are pumpkin seeds, linseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, dipped in dark chocolate. Only drawback is they use palm kernel oil too. Also not cheap, R 24 for a mini pack and R 68 for the large pack. But I didn't want to pay nearly R 60 for the lindt slab at spar so this was a delicious alternative. Can be crumbly so handle with care, you cannot just throw them into your handbag! I enjoy them with tea or when in a hurry and needing a snack.
