Gong Bao Mushroom

Eight Treasures

Monkey head mushrooms battered up, fried & and doused with a sweet and thicc sauce. Also has pieces of whole dried chili with seeds intact, capsicum and cashews. Best to get everything in one mouthful for a flavour and texture adventure you will not forget.
