I absolutely love this. The chilli con carne is very flavourful and goes very nicely with the salsa, guacamole and the rice. I also like that the portion size is not unnecessarily huge and that the dish is nutritionally complete for once (which is hard to come by in vegan dishes). #veganisnotscary
