This Tofurky Plant-Based Ham Style Roast was my first time trying any sort of vegan ham and it went better than expected! Made it for a Harry Potter themed dinner and the roast look was fantastic (albeit mini) while taste and texture-wise, it’s kinda more hot dog-esque than ham-like with the meaty peppery flavor and the easier cut. The amber ale glaze also adds a nice warm flavor dimension to it, giving sweetness and fall notes of clove which are tasty! 🍖🍺 #veganisnotscary
