Egg sandwich at Väcka — Valentina's Review (Oct 10, 2021)

“Egg” sandwich with smoked tofu scramble, eggplant bacon, cream cheese and pumpkin cheese. The cheese is exceptional, especially so because they make it themselves, but the tofu scramble could have used some kala namak, I didn’t taste any. Bread is life and it was super tasty. The garden is super cosy as mentioned before 🤩#veganisnotscary
