Review of Southside cubano at Two Dollar Radio Headquarters by rachelsveganlife

Okay never thought I’d say I had banana peels for lunch. Wanted to try this unique sandwich and I always love a cubano:) marinated banana peel barbacoa, seitan ham, sliced cashew cheese, pickles and sweet mustard on a panini pressed brioche bun. Didn’t taste like banana peels and the texture was soft and meaty and melt in your mouth. Not a single bad item on this menu, I swear! #veganisnotscary
