First time trying Korean style inari. It was very yummy! The tofu pouches weren’t too sweet (you have to squeeze away the brine before stuffing). The packet comes with 14 small tofu pouches, a packet of vinegar seasoning and a packet of dried toppings for your rice stuffing. The topping has eggs, omit it if vegan.

We made a vegan Yubuchobap with it and it’s so good with some zucchini and spinach ban Chan!
