The omelette looks soo so good! Is it too eggy tasting? 

Mm not really. The texture is very similar , but the taste is more like chickpea I think😅

That's good, cuz I found I now hate too eggy stuff..

Is it like liquid egg or do you have to mix it with water or mylk before using it? Looks amazing 🤩 

You can use it like that, but I added some mylk to make it thinner and bigger😅😁 but not to much. If you put more liquid, it will look more like a crepe

Ok so this was something new fir me, but omg wasn't it AMAZING. Great time.to be alive. After cooking this dish, the taste  was somewhere near the chickpea flour omlette, but I prefer this one more. Yummy!
