Fresh-tasting shelled pistachios that are perfect to quickly pop in a purse or lunch bag. Buying a large bag of them and taking these to work in a Tupperware would definitely be a more sustainable choice. But i was glad to have these during a busy week, and also opened a couple of these little packs to chop up and add to dinner. A healthy, simple snack, with just two ingredients — pistachios and salt. #veganisnotscary
