Review of Barbecue Jackfruit with Cauliflower Rice at Bearded Bella by littleneil

Really enjoyed this dish. Great job with the pulled jackfruit taste and texture. I like that it's not like a meat replacement and it stands up on its own. Cauliflower rice also very nice. I'd only say that it would be great to add some more substance, perhaps with a sprinkle of nuts, to make it more filling.
