Vegan shish kebab at Vegan Food Cartel by Veganzza — Abdallah Vegan's Review (Oct 7, 2021)

An excellent approximation to an authentic dish that is original to this region, I was impressed by the taste and texture of the vegan chicken! Goes to show that anything could be veganised, and we don't need animals for our sustinance or taste buds.
Only negative things are that the portions could have been bigger, and the lack of fresh vegetables with the meal.
