this was crazy delicious. i ate with a friend for her first vegan meal and she was pleasantly surprised. it was amazing. eggplant was perfectly cooked and the sauces were delicious. i couldn't lick my plate because i was in public but i did my best with the fork and knife. #veganisnotscary #bologna
