Review of Lobster Roll at Unity Diner by rhiannondiamxnd

This really stood out to me on the menu as I’ve never tried or even seen a vegan lobster available! There was so much going on however it all went together beautifully but at the same time each individual part stood out. This was served on some crunchy romaine lettuce and a toasted brioche roll which really helped fill you up. Ive never tried actual lobster so can’t compare it however it was beautiful in texture and taste. This is traditionally served cold. #veganisnotscary
