Delicious roll made with mushrooms, garlic butter, celery, spring onions, tarragon and zesty mayo in

brioche. The lobster mushrooms are grown at their surge sanctuary. It’s a much bigger potion than I expected, but I really enjoyed having this dish!!

This really stood out to me on the menu as I’ve never tried or even

seen a vegan lobster available! There was so much going on however it all went together beautifully but at the same time each individual part stood out. This was served on some crunchy romaine lettuce and a toasted brioche roll which really helped fill you up. Ive never tried actual lobster so can’t compare it however it was beautiful in texture and taste. This is traditionally served cold. #veganisnotscary

This basically doesn’t taste like lobster. The dish uses the same imitation prawn meat for

the lobster which isn’t a bad shout - the texture is more lobster than prawn anyway. It includes lion’s mane mushrooms which are grown at their sanctuary (Surge) - I love that they do this and I also really enjoyed the mushrooms. Under the lettuce leaf is a toasted brioche roll and the whole thing is served cold.

This place is incredible. We go here whenever we go to London and have been

blown away by the food every time. The staff are so friendly and this place has enabled the set up of the amazing Surge Sanctuary! Beautiful experience every time. Love it 💚

Wouldn’t get it again but it’s worth a try if you’re a lobster fan. To

me it’s an either love it or hate it. Didn’t love it to be honest.

What a lovely and unique dish. Mushrooms and vegan lobster were so interesting and absolutely

delicious. The dish was big and filling, but it didn't leave me feeling heavy.

Very generous portion. Seafood never felt very flavoursome to me, but that is not the

case with this vegan lobster. Well seasoned and the bread was nice.

This was fantastic. I highly recommend a visit here. I want to go back and

try one of everything on the menu. Mushrooms posing as lobster. Brilliant.

As someone who doesnt like mushrooms, I loved it.
Not ideal in winter as it

is served fridge cold, but overall really good.
