This is really hearty and cheezy. Totally delicious and convenient.
I added a little hot sauce and pickled jalapeños. I think it would also be good topped with shredded lettuce and tomatoes!
It has a ton of soy crumbles-lots of texture.
Very cool company! They actually Plant, Grow and Manufacture their products.
They also focus on using sustainably sourced ingredients.
