This was so good. I could eat this everyday. Basmati rice, crispy maitake mushrooms, sesame cucumbers, house made kimchi, avocado, bok Choy, black sesame seeds. And finally the most amazing Gochujang sauce I’ve ever had. This was a great portion and all very flavorful.
