
These sachets of oat so simple oats have been eaten with soy milk every single morning since I went vegan and have been a valued staple. I add banana, saltanas, coconut flakes and walnuts and I greatly enjoy it every day. It is one of the foods I would choose as 10 foods I am allowed to be stuck with on a deserted island. Thanks Quaker! I saw that a lot of plant based nutritionists choose Quaker oats as part of their daily routine too!
