Gunkan-Soy Floss and Cucumber

Saute Sushi

This dish tasted unique. The amount of floss in the sushi was perfect, and it went well with the other elements in the sushi. 

However, the sushi rice did not taste great 🥲 this surely needs some refinement :) 

Overall a worth trying tho!
