The perfect vegan chili. It’s more than the basic bean chili or meat (substitute or not) chili you might think of when you hear the word. The inclusion of kale and cauliflower make this a truly unique take. It’s a great warming dish for fall or winter. Pictured here served in an acorn squash boat.
