This certainly satisfied my desire for junk food this evening 😋 I baked them in the oven with the roast squash and they were absolutely delicious, crispy and tasty. Very far removed from whole food plant-based, but every now and then, it's okay 💚🌱💚😋💚 #veganisnotscary
