These taste really good; it’s too bad I only got 3 in this sample / promotional package. Despite the high protein, iron and fibre content, I’m not convinced this is a healthy product (lots of calories and fat). But I like that it’s a Canadian company and a portion of the sales are donated to a worthy cause.
