Review of Dairy free waffle with matcha ice cream at Hvala CHIJMES by neralo

The waffle was crispy on the outside, and soft as a marshmallow on the inside. The gelato was thick and gelato-y. Personally not a big fan of matcha, but I didn’t find this implementation particularly overpowering. The combo was a *matcha* made in heaven. #veganisnotscary
