Formerly known as “Thunder Tree”, this Singapore favourite has re-opened in People’s Park Centre!

Fire Flies

This kolomee is delicious. It tastes better than the original Sarawak version which is made with lard. The dressing is lighter and more flavourful. The taste is complex and sublime. The chopped veggies, mushroom and tofu make this a tasty, guilt free experience. Definitely worth the trip to People’s Park Center. Will definitely be a regular here.
