Great local food truck serving plant based classic diner-style fare.

The Spicy Fricken is really good! It’s a deep fried, spicy crusted, scratch-made seitan cutlet on a really fresh Kaiser roll. It comes with lettuce, tomato, dill pickles and ‘frankenaise’ spicy vegan Mayo. 

Pricey but worth it! Top quality ingredients!
