Review of Vegan Slam Platter at Evviva Breakfast and Lunch by th-vegan

This restaurant made me so happy!! They literally had TWO (2) entirely vegan pages on their menu!! And they are all very creative and filling.

I chose the sunny-side-up vegan eggs instead of the scramble tofu for this dish cuz I was very intrigued… although at the end I didn’t like the texture (yet I have to admit that I’m very picky with the food’s consistency).

Besides from that the dish was incredibly delicious
