My boyfriend recently read an article about Panama Geisha coffee and learned that it is one of the best coffees in the world. 1 pound of it even sold for $1,029! So we were curious to try it. This one was expensive at $71 per 7 ounces, but at least it wasn't $500 🤷♀️. Hayman roasts the beans after you place your order so that it is as fresh as possible. You can even buy the beans still green to roast them yourself! The presentation is thoughtful - it comes in a pretty box with a personalized note. The coffee though.... well, it was good, but this one isn't for me. I like my coffee to have a deep, rich flavor and I'm a fan of dark and extra dark roasts. I take my coffee black. This one had more of a medium roast with floral notes and a hint of caramel. My boyfriend's mom felt the same way, but luckily my boyfriend loved it so he can drink the rest! I'll stick to my $5 dark roast from Whole Foods. ☕ #veganisnotscary
