I used a Neat Egg (egg replacer) to make these.
I won’t be getting this again. It was overwhelmingly oily. I felt gross eating it and will likely throw the rest in the compost. I don’t see that being much different with any other egg replacement, but I’m honestly not willing to try on this product.
