This ready-meal is really delicious! I love curries and this really hits the spot. Perfect to eat alone or with rice or homemade naan. Even though the packaging says it is vegetarian, it is actually suitable for vegans. The only allergen is gluten. Frozen For You is a local brand 🇿🇦 and I hope they continue to expand their vegan options 🤞🏻
