It's really nice there are true vegan options in Las Vegas, meaning you don't even have to modify these menu items. This is one of those. This vegan burger comes with a vegan Dijonnaise on it.

When I got my food, I actually had to ask the waiter if he was sure if they made me the vegan burger! Because this tasted so much like an actual beef burger, and I'm not used to that. He said yes he was sure, so I asked him if it was an impossible Patty and he said yes it is. That explains it.

If you like impossible Burgers, then you'll love this burger. Me, it's a little bit too close to real meat flavor so it wasn't my favorite thing I ate on that trip. It was good, but it wasn't spectacular. It was a pretty basic burger. But it definitely filled my belly and it was a good value.
