Review of Nutritional Yeast Flakes - Urban Platter by anweshagoel
Nooch🤤 it has more powder than flakes, not sure if that makes any difference in taste and cooking. The cheapest fortified nutritional Yeast I could find.
Made "Gluten free savoury pancake". Youtube "vegan breakfast pancakes goodful" this is the last recipe. For Indian folks, it is basically besan ka chilla+pizza, the dough is more liquidy tho and they use chickpea flour (I used besan). Found in the comments that it is actually called socca. Ran put of cashews (made lots of cashew curd) so used sunflower seeds for cheese, not the same but it works. Used the leftover pizza sauce and cheese to make roasted red pepper vegan mac n cheese. Sorry for the ugly food😵

anweshagoel On Amazon it shows the price per gram or something like that. This was the cheapest among the fortified ones acc to that. Maybe the 1kg packs were cheaper but I am not that addicted right now😂1 likeReply
lol1409 I was checking a brand on Vegan Dukan but that was slightly more expensive, to my surprise. Maybe shipping costs are cheaper than Urban Platter. But if *all* their stuff is imported, it kinda makes sense 🤔2 likesReply
